We really Really want you to be happy and satisfied in all respects!! To this end we only sell the Best, Well Known brands that you are familiar with to ensure you get long reliable service, after sales back up, and Full Factory Backed Guaranttees. These Guaranttees are in addition to those provided by us under the Consumer Guaranttees Act, but in the main, following the Manufacturers warranty policy, will provide the speediest and most reliable way of getting your Powertool back in action.

SERVICE

We do not carry out any repairs ourselves. Instead, we have a network of Specialist Repair Shops, who are accredited by the Manufacturer, and ourselves, to carry out all repairs in an efficient, trustworthy, and reliable manner.

METHODS

No one wants problems, but if they occur, we want to get you back in action in the shortest possible time!!

1..........Telephone us and give a description of your problem, with the make and model of your Powertool, and the ............date of purchase. Dont despair if you have lost the receipt, as we can provide a copy, and track serial nos.

2..........We will give you the name and contact details of the Local Service Agent, if a good and reliable Company ............exists. Otherwise we will advise you of the way in which to send your Powertool back to the Manufacturer.

3..........Do not send your Powertool back to us, unless requested. Although we are committed to repairing your tool ............under warranty, this is almost always the slowest way.

4..........Very few Powertools are now available for "rapid exchange" rectification. Please note that we will only .............exchange tools in exceptional circumstances.

AND FINALLY

Please, Please, Please ensure you have the correct tool for the job (DIY vs Industrial), Keep it sharp, and always let the tool do the work. Forcing tools will usually lead to burnt out armatures. Misuse is the same as abuse and is not covered by Warranties.
