We really, really, Really want you to be satified and happy in all respects!
In order to take Credit Card Numbers and Details to do business by way of remote sales, here in New Zealand, a trader must first satisfy the Bank as to their Integrity and Validity.
We have satisfied this criteria without question for as long as our trading history, 20 years. Therefore you can rely on any trader, here in New Zealand, to be Bona Fide and Reliable.
Privacy Policy
In New Zealand there is in legislation a "Privacy Act", with severe penalties including imprisonment for those who breach it!
All details sent to us are kept in a secure environment, and for our use only in respect of our dealings with you. We will not pester you with junk mailings or emails unless you specifically request us to do so. Your details are not disclosed to any third party except for specific neccessary reference to the transaction in question (eg. warranty rectification). Our client list is not, and never will be, made available to any third party.
Security
All Credit Card details, if faxed, are utterly secure from electronic tampering. If sent by email, as secure as the internet can be. All carbon copies of banking documents are destroyed. All other copies are kept in a secure environment for statutory reference. Our electronic equipment is blocked by a modem engaging program to prevent unauthorised access, when not in use.
Each subsequent purchase will need the provision of new Credit Card Details for that transaction.
No payments of any sort are processed until the Goods are despatched. When that occurs, we will email you with details of the courier employed and the Ticket Number. Any changes in pricing or specification will be referred to you for your authorisation before any transaction is processed, in full or in part.
