CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We really, Really want you to be happy in every respect. We know that buying a Powertool, even at these discounted prices is still a reasonably sized investment, and you want to get it right ! For this reason we have the following Policy:
7 DAY RIGHT OF RETURN
If you find you have "Got It Wrong", and that the tool will not suit your purpose, simply return it for a refund or exchange.
The Goods must be in original undamaged packaging, and,
The Goods must be completely unused.
Freight Costs and insurance, both to and from your address will remain your cost.
Please make sure the Powertool will suit your purpose before you use it. Used equipment will not be refunded either fully or partially.
Governance
Goods purchased in New Zealand are subject to the Consumer Guaranttees Act, and any representations made in this Website shall be in addition to those rights.
Foreign Clients
Goods purchased by overseas clients, and exported, shall be subject to the rights pertaining to those purchases in that Country. All goods for export shall not be liable for Goods and Services tax.
Please ensure your purchase is at the correct voltage!! Unless specified otherwise, the tools we supply are for 240v power supply (will be ok almost anywhere except the United States)
